Dashboard

The Dashboard is your financial control center — all your personal finance information in one clean, intuitive view.

Total Active Balance

Track your total active balance and Arus Kas Bersih (Net Cash Flow — income minus expenses) for the current period at the top of the dashboard.

Cash Flow, Budget & Goal Charts

Three interactive charts: income vs. expense trends, budget status (healthy/caution/over), and savings goal status.

Recent Transactions

A list of your latest transactions — adjust how many are shown with the Lanjutan (Advanced) filter.

Quick Actions

Dana Masuk (Money In), Dana Keluar (Money Out), and Transfer shortcuts are one tap away on the dashboard, plus a Lainnya (More) menu for quick access to every feature.

Wallet Management

Manage your main balance and split it into Sub-wallets for more disciplined budgeting — like a digital envelope system.

Main Wallet

Holds your parent balance. All income is recorded here before being allocated to Sub-wallets as needed.

Flexible Sub-Wallets

Create Sub-wallets by category: Kebutuhan (Needs), Keinginan (Wants), Tabungan (Savings), or any other specific purpose.

50/30/20 Recommendation

Want to split your income automatically? Use Rekomendasi Budget (Budget Recommendation) on the Financial Insights page to draft a 50/30/20 budget, then apply it in one click.

No Admin Fees

Managing wallets and moving money between your internal wallets is free of any extra fees or deductions.

Recording Income

Record every bit of income so your budget allocation stays accurate.

Tap the "Dana Masuk" shortcut on the Dashboard, or open the Catat Transaksi (Record Transaction) menu.

Choose the destination Sub-dompet (sub-wallet). If left empty, the money goes to the Main Wallet.

Enter the amount and a transaction title (e.g. "May Salary", "Bonus", "Freelance").

Tap "Simpan Transaksi" (Save Transaction) — your balance updates instantly.

Move Balance (Internal Transfer)

Use this to move money between wallets inside your account — fully internal, with no outside parties involved.

Choose "Pindah Saldo" (Move Balance) from the Dashboard or the Wallet menu.

Pick the Sumber Dana (source), e.g. the Main Wallet.

Pick the Dompet Tujuan (destination wallet), e.g. your Needs or Savings sub-wallet.

Enter the amount you want to move.

Add a note about the purpose of the transfer for tidier records (optional).

Confirm and tap "Pindahkan" (Move) — the money moves instantly.

Financial Plans

Set personal financial goals and track your progress right inside MAPAN — no external platform needed.

Freedom Roadmap

Build a roadmap to financial freedom by setting specific goals: an Emergency Fund, a House Down Payment, a Holiday Fund, or anything else.

Automatic Balance Targets

Set a target amount and deadline — MAPAN calculates how much you need to set aside each month to reach it.

Locked Goal Balance

Keep plan money in a dedicated Sub-wallet so it doesn't mix with daily spending and stays safe until you reach your target.

Progress Reports

Track the completion percentage of each financial goal in an easy-to-read visual view.

Creating a Financial Plan

Open the "Tabungan & Goals" (Savings & Goals) menu and tap "Buat Goal" (Create Goal).

Name your financial goal (e.g. "3-Month Emergency Fund", "House Down Payment", "Year-End Holiday").

Enter the target amount you want to reach.

Optionally set a deadline to get an automatic monthly deposit plan.

Tap "Buat Goal" — a dedicated sub-wallet for this goal is created automatically and progress tracking begins.
