Mapan Bisnis uses the same MAPAN account — no new sign-up. Each business has its own business cash, catalog, contacts, and reports, kept apart from your personal finances.
Creating a Business
In the Personal workspace, open Bisnis Saya (My Businesses) and tap "Buat Bisnis Baru" (Create new business).
Type & stage — choose your business type (e.g. Food & Beverage, Retail, Services, Rental) and its stage. The type sets the terms and menus you see — see Business Types & Features.
Basic info — enter the business name. Optional details (target market, capital, revenue target) make the next suggestions more relevant.
Suggested categories — tick the transaction categories to create automatically, or skip.
Business cash — enter the opening balance (0 is fine), then tap "Buat Bisnis" (Create business).
First Steps & Tours
The Langkah Awal (First steps) card on the Dashboard guides owners and admins until the business is ready. The steps fit your business type:
Food & Beverage / Retail
Deposit capital → add menu items/products → first sale → record an expense.
Services / Content Creator
Deposit capital → list your services → add a client → first invoice → record an expense.
Rental
Deposit capital → create a rate → add units → first rental session → record an expense.
Business page tours appear once per page and can be replayed with Ulangi Tutorial (Replay tutorial) in the business menu.
Business Dashboard
A business summary that adapts to your business type and role.
Needs Attention
Negative cash, overdue invoices, a loss this month, or out-of-stock items — tap to go straight to the page.
Key Numbers
Business cash, revenue today and this month (vs. before), and net profit.
Charts & Lists
30-day cash flow, best sellers, invoice status, busiest days, stock to act on, and recent activity.
