Getting Started with MAPAN

Create an account, verify your email, and follow the first steps — all done in a few minutes.

Create an Account

Open MAPAN and tap "Sign up free".

Enter your Full Name, Email, and a Password (at least 8 characters), then type the password again.

Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Tap "Create account" — a verification code is sent to your email.

Verify Your Email

Open the email from MAPAN and copy the 6-digit code.

Enter the code and tap "Verify". The code is valid for 5 minutes.

No code? Check your Spam folder, or tap "Resend".

Enter your email and password and tap "Sign in" — or choose "Sign in with Google".

Tick "Keep me signed in on this device" to stay signed in for 30 days. Otherwise, you'll need to sign in again after 8 hours.

Forgot Password

Tap "Forgot password?", enter your account email, then tap "Send code".

Enter the 6-digit code from the email.

Create a new password and tap "Save new password".

First Steps & Guided Tours

New users are guided right inside the app.

Getting Started Checklist

A card on the Home screen: complete your profile, top up your wallet, create your first pocket, record a transaction, set a budget, and create a savings goal. Each step ticks itself when done.

Shown once when you first open a page. Replay it with the ? button (desktop) or Panduan halaman (Page guide) on phones.
