Tax & Tax Report

Collect PB1 (restaurant tax) or VAT from customers — calculated automatically and summarized every month.

Open Pengaturan Bisnis → Pajak (Tax) and switch tax collection on.

Choose PB1 10% or VAT 11% (or enter your own), and whether it's added on top of the price or already included. Save.

At month end, open Laporan Pajak (Tax report), pick the month, and download the PDF.

Export to Excel

Free, with no quota. Available on Katalog, Gudang, Riwayat Stok, Riwayat Penjualan (Sales history), Invoice, and Kontak — set your filters first, then tap "Export Excel". Large exports run in the background and download automatically when ready.

Finance Terms

Example: one iced latte sold for Rp22,000 that costs Rp6,600 to make.

Revenue (Omzet)

Sales after discounts, excluding tax. Example: Rp22,000.

COGS (HPP)

The cost of one unit sold. Example: Rp6,600.

Gross Profit & Margin

Revenue − COGS = Rp15,400; divided by revenue = a 70% margin.

Net Profit

All money in − all money out, including operating expenses.

Tax Base (DPP)

Subtotal − discount + service charge.

PB1 / VAT / Final Income Tax

Restaurant tax, value-added tax, and the 0.5%-of-revenue small business income tax.
