A guide to reading your business health, downloading the monthly Full Report as a PDF (with analysis and recommendations), managing export quota and credits, and exporting data to Excel.
Business Health & Action Plan
Two menus in the Insight & Rencana (Insights & Plans) group that help you understand how your business is doing and what to do next. Both are for admins and above.
Reading Business Health
Choose a Periode (period) in the filter: the last 7, 30, or 90 days, this month, last month, the last 12 months, or a custom range (up to 366 days). Also set the Grafik tren (trend chart: automatic, daily, weekly, or monthly). All numbers and charts update immediately.
Read the health score (0–100) and its status — Sehat (Healthy), Perlu Perhatian (Needs Attention), or Kritis (Critical) — along with suggested steps for any indicator that has problems.
Check the summary cards: income, expenses, net profit, margin, transaction count and average, days with income, and cash balance. With Bandingkan periode sebelumnya (Compare with previous period) on, each card shows the change versus the previous period of the same length.
Explore the charts: Tren Arus Kas (cash-flow trend — income and expense bars, net-profit line, or cumulative profit), Komposisi Pengeluaran and Pemasukan (expense and income breakdown, including rising costs), Pola Waktu Penjualan (sales timing by day and time of day), Item Terlaris (best sellers), Metode Pembayaran (payment methods), Kas vs Kewajiban (cash vs. liabilities), Pelanggan Teratas (top customers), and Kondisi Stok (stock status) for business types that use stock.
Indicators scored:
- Profit margin and cash runway (how many months your cash lasts at this period's spending) — using thresholds set by MAPAN admins.
- Income growth compared with the previous period.
- Cost growth vs. income — critical when costs grow much faster.
- Overdue receivables compared with this period's income.
- Cash covering debts — your cash balance compared with outstanding payables.
Working Through the Business Action Plan
Open Rencana Aksi Bisnis (Business Action Plan). The steps are tailored to your business stage.
Tap "Buka halaman terkait" (Open related page) on a step to jump straight to the feature you need to fill in.
Tick the steps you've completed — your done/total progress shows at the bottom of the sidebar.
Monthly Full Report (PDF)
The Full Report sums up one month of your business in a tidy PDF — for your records, meetings, loan applications, or simply a self-review. The button is on the Kesehatan Bisnis page.
Financial Summary
Pendapatan Kotor (Gross Revenue), Total Belanja (Total Spending), and net Untung/Rugi (Profit/Loss), compared with last month in percent.
Category Breakdown
Income and expenses per category, plus the month's best-selling items — and top add-ons (the most-picked toppings/sizes) when the Add-ons feature is on. The Dashboard also shows a Tambahan Terlaris (Top Add-ons) card for the current month.
Analysis & Recommendations
Extra pages with suggested steps, peak-time patterns, buyer profile, and a revenue forecast.
Tailored to Your Business Type
The analysis and its terms adapt to your business type — for example stock for Food & Beverage and Retail, receivables for Services.
Downloading the Full Report
Check the quota text below the button, e.g. "2/3 gratis bulan ini" (2/3 free this month), plus your extra credits if you have any.
Wait a moment — the PDF is generated and downloads automatically as laporan-full-YEAR-MONTH.pdf.
What's in the Analysis Pages?
Suggested Steps
Up to 12 recommendations ranked high/medium/suggestion: stock to top up or reduce, items going up or down, thin margins, overdue invoices, and more.
Stock Actions
Items running low with a suggested purchase quantity, overstocked items, and idle stock. Calculated from daily usage rates.
When Customers Buy
Your busiest and quietest days, peak hours, and the split by time of day (morning, midday, afternoon, evening) in WIB (Western Indonesia Time).
Buyer Profile
Revenue split by gender and age group, from contacts whose details you've filled in.
Revenue Forecast
A revenue estimate for the next 4 weeks with a range and a confidence level (low, medium, high).
Add-ons (Sizes & Toppings)
Shown when the Add-ons feature is on: the share of orders using add-ons, the revenue share from add-ons, and stocked options that are out or running low, with suggested restock quantities.
Time-Based Rentals
Shown for businesses with rated units: rental revenue (time charges + bundles) versus last month, session count, average duration, unit utilization, peak hours, performance per unit & per rate, idle units, and unpaid sessions. Rental lines aren't counted in Best Sellers. The Dashboard shows the same summary in the Sewa Bulan Ini (Rentals This Month) card.
Top Customers & Receivables
Your biggest-contributing customers, plus a summary of outstanding invoices, receivables, and payables.
Quota, Credits & Export History
Full Report exports are limited to keep the service sustainable. There are two sources of allowance, and both are used automatically in a clear order.
Free Monthly Quota
Comes with your subscription plan and resets every month. The amount depends on the plan and is counted for the business owner.
Extra Credits
Bought separately, never expire, and are pooled across all businesses you own. Used after the free quota runs out.
Buying Export Credits
Tap the wallet icon next to the Export Full Report button. The Beli Kredit Export (Buy Export Credits) dialog also opens automatically when your quota and credits run out.
Complete the payment: you're taken to a payment page, or a QRIS code appears right in the dialog for you to scan.
Once the payment is received, your credit balance increases automatically. Export your report again.
Viewing Credit Purchase History
Each purchase shows the number of exports, price, status (Lunas (Paid), Kadaluarsa (Expired), or Menunggu pembayaran (Awaiting payment)), and the purchase and payment times. Use the arrow buttons to change pages.
Viewing Export Usage History
The table shows the Waktu Export (export time), Bulan Laporan (report month), Sumber Jatah (allowance source — a Kuota gratis (free quota) or Kredit add-on (add-on credit) badge), and Diekspor Oleh (exported by). Use the 10/20/50 rows option to adjust the view.
Export Data to Excel
Download raw data as an .xlsx file to work with in Excel or Google Sheets. Excel exports are free and quota-free.
Catalog & Warehouse
One row per variant — with SKU, price, stock, warehouse stock, category, and status.
Stock History
Every stock movement with its source (receipt/invoice) and who recorded it.
Sales (POS)
Receipt number, date, customer, status, payment method, subtotal, discount, service charge, and total — matching the receipt and History. The Rincian Item (Item Details) sheet has one row per item, including a Keterangan (Notes) column for rental details (unit, hours, duration, rate).
Invoices
Number, client, status, due date, subtotal, discount, service charge, total, and amount paid.
Contacts
Name, type, contact details, address, gender, and age.
How to Export
Open the page you want to export — Katalog (Catalog), Gudang (Warehouse), Riwayat Stok (Stock History), Riwayat Penjualan (Sales History, in the POS), Invoice, or Kontak (Contacts).
Set your search and filters first if you only want part of the data (for example a specific invoice status or a stock-history date range). The export follows the active filters.
Tap "Export Excel". The Riwayat Penjualan export has two sheets: a summary per receipt, and Rincian Item (one row per item, including the chosen add-ons/toppings).
Small exports download immediately. For large ones, you'll see an "export diproses di latar belakang" (export is processing in the background) notice — wait, and the file downloads automatically when it's ready, showing the number of rows.
