Business: Catalog & Stock

Catalog & Stock

Fill in your catalog, add-ons, bundles, and recipes, and manage stock.

Fill in the catalog of what you sell, set up add-ons and bundles, then keep cost and stock under control. Menu names follow your business type (Menu, Katalog, Daftar Layanan, or Rate Card); this guide calls them items.

Catalog Items & Variants

Every item has at least one variant — price and stock are set per variant (e.g. Regular and Large Iced Latte).

Open the catalog and tap "Tambah …" (Add menu item, Add product, and so on).
Enter the name, unit, and category. Turn on Lacak Stok (Track stock) for physical goods.

Fill in the variant: name, Harga Jual (selling price), Harga Modal (cost), and opening stock. Tap "+ Varian" for more variants, then save.

SKU & Barcode

Each variant can have its own SKU and barcode to scan at the POS (USB scanner or camera).

Stock Adjustment

For physical counts that differ or damaged goods. Doesn't affect business cash.

Add-ons (Sizes & Toppings)

Per-order choices such as Size (Regular / Large +Rp5,000) or Toppings (Boba +Rp3,000).

Open Pengaturan Bisnis → Tambahan (Add-ons) and switch the feature on.

Tap "Tambah Grup" (Add group), e.g. Size. Choose Pilih satu (Pick one) or Boleh beberapa (Pick several), mark it Wajib Dipilih (Required) if needed, tick the variants that use it, and save.

Tap "Tambah Opsi" (Add option) and enter the name and extra price. Turn on Lacak Stok for options that can run out.

Bundles

Sell several items for one price, e.g. Value Meal = Fried Rice + Iced Tea. Stock is deducted from the contents.

Create an item for the bundle with Lacak Stok off.
From that item's three-dot menu, choose "Jadikan paket" (Make bundle).

Pick the contents and their quantities. Rental businesses can add rental hours from the Jam Sewa (Rental hours) tab.

Set the bundle price — the customer's savings show right away — then "Simpan Paket" (Save bundle).

COGS, Recipes & Gross Profit

COGS (HPP) is the cost of one unit sold. MAPAN uses it to calculate the gross profit and margin of every item.

Automatic Cost

Every purchase you record recalculates the cost using a weighted average.

Recipes

List ingredients per portion (e.g. 18 g coffee + 150 ml milk). COGS follows ingredient prices, and ingredient stock goes down with every sale.

Recipes are on automatically for Food & Beverage. Other types: Pengaturan Bisnis → Resep & HPP (Recipes & COGS).

Make sure the ingredients are in the Gudang (Warehouse) with their cost.
Open the menu item and tap "Atur resep (HPP)" (Set recipe) on the variant row.
Choose ingredients and amounts per portion (grams/ml are fine), then "Simpan Resep" (Save recipe).

Warehouse & Stock

Gudang (Warehouse)

Ingredients you buy and use but don't sell directly (Food & Beverage, or when recipes are on).

Tambah Stok (Add stock)

Record purchases for many items from one page.

Riwayat Stok (Stock history)

A trail of every stock change: purchases, sales, usage, and corrections.

Separate Warehouse Stock

Retail only: Stok Jual (on the shelf) and Stok Gudang (bulk storage).

Recording a Purchase

Open Tambah Stok (or the variant dialog) and pick the item.
Enter the quantity, unit purchase price, and supplier if any.
Save — stock goes up and business cash goes down automatically.
