Mapan Bisnis POS & Sales

Set up the POS once, then sell every day. Rental businesses use the Sewa (Rental) menu for hourly units and the POS for snacks.

Setting Up the POS

All of these live in Pengaturan Bisnis (Business Settings), and all are optional.

Diskon (Discounts)

A fixed amount or percentage, optionally with a validity period (e.g. a year-end promo).

Biaya Layanan (Service charge)

One extra charge you can switch on or off.

Nomor Antrian (Queue numbers)

Automatic order numbers (e.g. A-001), printed large on the receipt and reset daily.

Meja / Unit (Tables)

Orders per table that stay open and are paid at once. Add many tables at once with "Tambah Sekaligus" (Bulk add).

Selling at the POS

Open Kasir (POS), search or scan an item, and tap it to add it to the cart.

Pick add-ons when asked, then set the quantity.

Choose a customer (optional), the payment method (Tunai (Cash), QRIS, Transfer, or Lainnya (Other)), and a discount if any.

For cash, enter Uang diterima (Cash received) or tap a quick amount — the change is calculated for you.

Tap "Checkout", confirm, then print or download the receipt.

Drafts & Table Orders

Drafts

Save a cart without deducting stock, then continue via "Draft" → "Muat" (Load).

Table Orders

Choose Makan di tempat (Dine in) → a table, then "Simpan ke Meja …" (Save to table). Tap an occupied table to add more or to pay.

History & Voiding

Open Riwayat (History) in the POS to find receipts, reprint them, or void a sale (owner/admin). Voiding returns the stock and adjusts business cash.

Hourly Rentals

For game rooms, billiards, studios, or courts billed by the hour.

Setting Up Rates & Units

Open Pengaturan Bisnis → Meja / Unit (or Kelola Tarif (Manage rates) in the Sewa menu) and tap "Tambah Tarif" (Add rate). Enter the name, rounding, minimum duration, and price — one price, Day/Night, or custom.

Add units (e.g. PS5 Room A) and assign their rate.

Two options in Pengaturan Bisnis → Sewa (Rental):

Auto-stop

Package sessions stop by themselves when time runs out, even if the cashier forgets to press Finish.

Save Leftover Time

A 2-hour package used for 1 hour 20 minutes? The rest is saved to the customer's Saldo Waktu (Time balance) to use again on a unit with the same rate.

Running a Session

Open Sewa — each unit shows as Empty, Running, or Unpaid.

Tap "Mulai" (Start), choose Main bebas (Open play), Paket durasi (Time package), or Paket bundling (Bundle), then the customer.

Customer wants more time? Open the unit and choose Tambah Durasi (Add time).

Tap "Selesai & Hitung" (Finish & calculate), then "Bayar" (Pay) — or "Nanti" (Later) if they pay afterwards.
